Protein-packed breakfast quinoa pudding – fridge-cleanout recipe
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 1:30 minutes
Yield: 1 serving - 16 g of protein per serving
Ingredients:
250 ml (1 cup) leftover cooked quinoa (I had some left over from yesterday)
60 ml (1/4 cup) vanilla almond beverage
1/2 A spoonful of Zenit organic chocolate protein
A little maple syrup, to taste
Method:
Heat everything in the microwave for about 1:30 minutes and add fruit, nuts, and seeds of your choice on top! Enjoy!
Note: Personally, I added chopped bananas and strawberries! It was delicious, and I also avoid food waste
