Yield: Makes 10 bars / 11g of protein per serving
IDry ingredients:
3 very ripe bananas
375 ml (1 1/2 cups) large-flake oats
125 ml (1/2 cup) natural peanut butter
125 ml (1/2 cup) Zenit organic chocolate plant protein
30 ml (2 tbsp) ground flaxseed
60 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup
85 ml (1/3 cup) dark chocolate chips (topping)
METHOD
Place the oven rack in the center and preheat to 180 °C (350 °F)
In an 8 x 8-inch square baking dish, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
Add all the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate chips. Mix well to obtain a uniform texture.
Press the mixture into the dish to compact it well. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Let cool completely, then cut into 10 bars.
