Refund policy

If you wish to return your Zenit snacks due to a problem with the product, please let us know within 30 days of the delivery date via quoting your original order number and the name of the item you wish to return. To get a full refund, no more than 2 snacks should be missing from each returned package..


Pack your items
Pack items carefully with the original product packaging, whenever possible. Otherwise, pack the items to be returned in a padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. If you are returning items from multiple orders, you must package them separately.) 
Print your return label. 
Write to indicating your original order number and we will send you your return label.

    Identify the package correctly.
    Carefully attach the return label to each package.

    Return your package by our carrier.
    Our carrier will pick up the package to be returned to the address you provide when you complete the return form. 

    * For all returns, shipping costs are not refunded. Zenit Foods Inc. reserves the right to deduct a handling fee of up to $5 per returned package.


    Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment made in the original purchase (with the exception of gift cards which will be refunded by sending a new gift card.)

    Shipping charges and taxes on them are non-refundable.
