Refund policy

If you would like to return your Zenit snacks due to a problem with the product, please let us know within 30 days of the delivery date via and include your original order number and the name of the product you wish to return. To receive a full refund, no more than 2 snacks may be missing in each returned package.


Pack your items
Carefully pack items with the original product packaging if possible. If not, pack the items to be returned in a padded envelope or box to prevent damage during shipping. If you are returning items from multiple orders, you must package them separately.) 




Print your return label. 
Email stating your original order number and we will submit your return label to you.

Attach to the package.
Carefully attach the return label to each package.

Return your package to our carrier.
Our carrier will pick up the package to be returned from the address you give us when you complete the return form. 

*Shipping costs will not be refunded on any order. Zenit Foods Inc. reserves the right to deduct handling charges of up to $5 per returned package.


Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase (except for gift cards, which will be refunded by a new gift card.)

Any shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.
