Cocoa and sesame protein bagel bites

Bouchées de bagel protéinées au cacao enrobées de graines de sésame

Mini cocoa bagels, lightly sweetened, made with Greek yogurt and Zenit chocolate protein. My son Louis loved them: he ate three in one sitting, two hours before his workout, with honey!

Danielle's tip

Two bites provide 12 g of protein: perfect for a post-workout snack or a quick breakfast. Note: don't replace the Zenit chocolate protein with a sweetened chocolate protein powder; the absence of sweetener is essential to the texture and taste. Also see eating to recover better.
