Shipping policy
Zenit Foods Inc. reserves the right to add additional charges to the shipping rate for certain postal codes in remote areas. A member of staff will contact you in case of additional charges.
Delivery is free depending on the price of the order. Some remote postal codes may be excluded.
DELIVERY METHOD
Each order is delivered to the billing address provided by customers. Following your purchase, an email will be sent to you to confirm your order and your address.
If you see an error or would like to make a change, please contact our online sales department at info@zenitnutrition.com. And don't forget to mention your order number and we will be happy to make the desired corrections without delay.
DELIVERY TIME and COSTS
Express delivery to ensure the freshness of Zenit snacks (1-2 business days from date of shipment for Quebec and Ontario. Allow more time for Western Canada).
Deliveries are made from Monday to Thursday with our carrier with the exception of holidays. The shipping time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our shipping points. Delivery times are approximate and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control.
Delivery costs to 12$ CA Québec for orders under CA$80 will be automatically added at checkout, before your order is finalized. Delivery times do not include order processing time. (1 to 2 working days). Free shipping on orders of $80 or more.
Delivery charges for l'Ontario from 15 $ CA for orders under $130 CAD will be automatically added at checkout. Free shipping on orders of $130 or more.
Delivery charges for Western Canada from CA$25 for orders under $200 CAD will be automatically added at checkout. Free shipping on orders of $200 or more.
We offer door to door shipping on all orders. The carrier will leave the package in front of your door even if you are absent.
TRACK MY DELIVERY
When your order will be shipped, a shipping confirmation email and a carrier tracking number will be emailed to you. So you can track your package with this number.
