Danielle’s tip
Iron from plant foods is not absorbed as well as iron from meat, but vitamin C, found in abundance in kiwi and pineapple, helps improve its absorption. And one scoop of Zenit plant-based protein provides 5 mg of iron on its own, or 27% of the daily value. A great combination for active women and vegetarians!
