Freezing time: 3–4 hours
Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana
250 ml (1 cup) plain 0% Greek yogurt
1 spoonful of Zenit organic chocolate plant protein
30 ml (2 tbsp) maple syrup
125 ml (1/2 cup) small Lac Saint-Jean blueberries or blueberries cut in half

125 ml (1/2 cup) melted dark chocolate for coating
Method:
Purée the banana, Greek yogurt, Zenit organic chocolate protein, and maple syrup. Add the blueberries and gently mix.
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, divide the mixture into 10 bites.
Let set in the freezer for approximately 3 to 4 hours.
Once the bites are thoroughly frozen, spread melted dark chocolate over half of each bite. Return to the freezer for a few minutes before enjoying.
Store in the freezer in an airtight container. Really good!
