125 ml (1/2 cup) unbleached wheat flour

Add the Greek yogurt and shape the dough into a ball with your hands.
Divide the dough into 8 portions and shape into balls. Roll each ball in the sesame seeds.

Let cool, then enjoy with a dollop of peanut butter or a drizzle of Quebec honey.
Comments
Two bagel bites provide 16 g of protein: perfect for a post-workout snack or a quick breakfast.
These bites are not sweet like a traditional bagel. My son Louis loved them: he ate three at once as a pre-workout snack, two hours beforehand, with honey!
Note: Do not replace Zenit organic chocolate plant protein with another sweetened chocolate protein powder from the store—it will not produce the same result. The absence of sweetener is essential to the texture and taste.
