Yield: 12 cookies - 6 g of protein per serving
Ingredients to purée:375 ml (1 1/2 cups) canned white or black beans, drained and rinsed.
125 ml (1/2 cup) maple syrup
45 ml (3 tbsp) vegetable oil
1 scoop of Zenit organic chocolate plant-based protein
Dry ingredients:30 ml (2 tbsp) chia seeds
85 ml (1/3 cup) 70% cocoa dark chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a food processor, purée the first 4 ingredients. In a bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, and chocolate chips. Add the puréed ingredients. Mix well.
Using a spoon, portion the cookie dough into 12 servings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool before enjoying.
