Protein dark chocolate mousse

Ingredients:
250 ml (1 cup) plain yogurt
1 scoop of Zenit organic chocolate plant-based protein
30 ml (2 tbsp) maple syrup
125 ml (1/2 cup) melted dark chocolate chips
Method:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate, stirring well every 30 seconds.In a blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth. Divide the mixture between 2 small bowls.
Refrigerate for about 3 hours before consuming to allow the mixture to thicken.
Top with dark chocolate shavings, if desired!
Note: Completely decadent! Plus, each serving will provide you 15 g of protein.
