Cranberries: They are appreciated for their tart, astringent flavor. Did you know that, when properly cultivated, a cranberry plant can live for up to 100 years ? A proud representative of Centre-du-Québec, the cranberry is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and fiber. It also helps prevent urinary tract infections, lowers cholesterol, and reduces inflammation in the body.
Blueberries: Because blueberry country is right here ! This little fruit needs no introduction; it is known for its delicate, fragrant flavor. We also love it for its very high content of antioxidants, vitamins C and K, iron, and manganese.
Haskap berries: The favorite of all our ingredients, because this fruit is harvested on the family farm. Haskap berries have a unique and complex flavor, often associated with blackcurrant, blueberry, and raspberry. Some detect hints of blackberry, nectarine, plum, and rhubarb. Fresh or processed, haskap berries reveal truly unique flavors that can vary from one cultivar to another. Their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory powers are record-breaking. They contain two to three times more antioxidants than a blueberry, more vitamin C than an orange, as well as plenty of vitamin A and a high amount of calcium.
